The Building consists of 32.800 sqm of Office Space and underground parking. The owner intends to install heat pumps along with some Photovoltaic panels, which have already been installed, to reduce carbon emissions.
However, with almost 190 kWh/sqm energy consumption per year, we deduced the need for energy savings along with reducing carbon emissions.
Since the building has no interoperable BMS installed, we engineered our IoT Systems, consisting of digital meters and sensors, to be able to make Data-based decisions for the further upgrade of the controlling devices within the HVAC to achieve the desired savings.
Instead of upgrading the hardware of the installed system for 2 MEUR, we could serve the purpose with an annual fee of 60 TEUR only.
