In Phase 1, we launch an advanced energy modeling program based on actual MEP and architectural data, calibrated with utility bills and Bucharest climate specifics. This provides a precise baseline and identifies opportunities for renewable integration and operational improvements in line with EU Taxonomy.
In Phase 2, we simulate multiple decarbonization scenarios, including BMS and HVAC upgrades, electrification, and renewable energy integration — with a goal of at least 30% operational energy reduction.
By making building performance data accessible, we enable owners, tenants, and financing institutions to take confident steps toward Net Zero.

However, with almost 190 kWh/sqm energy consumption per year, we deduced the need for energy savings along with reducing carbon emissions.
Since the building has no interoperable BMS installed, we engineered our IoT Systems, consisting of digital meters and sensors, to be able to make Data-based decisions for the further upgrade of the controlling devices within the HVAC to achieve the desired savings.
Instead of upgrading the hardware of the installed system for 2 MEUR, we could serve the purpose with an annual fee of 60 TEUR only.
