Galileo Munich

Galileo is a mixed-use Property in Munich-Garching with a Boarding House, Hotel, Retail and Offices.

Even though the main part of the energy supply is covered by district heating, which results in low CO2 emissions, we still discovered a savings potential well above 200.000 EUR a year!

Since there is a modern BMS System installed already (§ Siemens Desigo CC 3.0+), we could connect the System to our AI Software and are striving to achieve savings in a range of 1.000.000 kWh of energy a year.
